2. Information on this website

Prices shown are starting prices in Malaysian Ringgit and may change. Descriptions of solutions, integrations and demos are general information, not an offer. Final scope, timeline and price are confirmed in a written proposal.

3. Demonstrations

Demos on this website are simulated. They do not send real messages, connect to your systems or store your data unless clearly stated.

4. AI output

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate output. Automations we build are designed to support your team, not replace professional judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is relied on, and for decisions involving pricing, contracts, payments, financial, insurance, legal or medical matters.

5. Third-party providers and usage costs

Many solutions depend on third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp), AI model providers, hosting, email and business software vendors. Their availability, approval processes, pricing and terms are outside our control. Unless a proposal says otherwise, third-party subscription and usage fees are payable by you, separately from our fees.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and the access needed for the agreed work.
Hold the rights and consents needed for data you ask us to process, including your customers’ consent to be contacted.
Use the solutions lawfully, including messaging platform policies and anti-spam rules.

7. No guaranteed results

We work to deliver useful, reliable automation, but we do not guarantee specific savings, revenue, rankings or productivity outcomes. Results depend on your processes, data, adoption and third-party services.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
